2009 Season To End With Awards Banquet Date Posted: 11/1/2009 (Smithton Pa) Motordrome Speedway will conclude the 2009 racing season with the presentation of trophies and special awards at their annual Awards Banquet to be held at Huntingdon Place on Dec 12th 2009. There will be a social hour from 5 to 6 with a buffet dinner served from 6 to 7. Awards presentations will follow the meal and dancing and good times will continue till 11. The top ten drivers in points from each of the five regular divisions will be presented trophies along with special awards presented for Rookie Of The Year and Most Improved in all divisions. The Craftsman Mechanic Of The Year Award will also be presented. Nascar Special Awards will be presented to the top three in each division along with Hoosier Tire Champions Jackets presented to each division champion. Tickets are $30 each and may be ordered by filling out the order form found on this website and returning to Stan Lasky at 922 Sunnehanna Dr, Johnstown, Pa. 15905. Seating is limited and no tickets will be sold at the door. Ticket order deadline is Friday Dec 4th 2009. |
